The so-called one-stop model is where brand owner is only responsible for making requests and payments. The design is done by the manufacturer. Niche brands generally choose this model. Niche brands cannot do many things with a small scale. Generally, these brands were established not long ago and they don’t have thorough understanding of some aspects thus prone to one-stop services.
